Synergistic Disaster Recovery and Hosting clients may choose to select the Technical Operations Center in Flint, Michigan as their data center. This center formerly housed General Motors' North American IT operations and is a top tier hardened site. The facility totals 32,500 square feet: 22,000 square feet of 24" Telco grade raised floor area and 8,000 square feet of finished and furnished power-protected office space.

SECURITY
On premise diverse entry OC-48 fiber from SBC enables truly redundant Internet and private line connectivity. Fiber from Level 3 is onsite and service can be provisioned. - A total of 16 interior and exterior cameras, guard stations, NOC and an electronic card access and bio metric readers throughout the facility provide a complete security system for onsite and remote monitoring.
- Office area provides space for 100 cubicles, reception and conference room for business continuity; A Nortel Option 81C phone and voice mail system is operational and in-service.
- The Network Control Center and Operations Center (NOC) provides room for 10 people for support, monitoring, video surveillance, and enterprise management.
Option 2) Synergistic Hot Site Data Centers
Synergistic Hot Site Data Centers are equipped with UPS backup power supplies, alternative power supply generators, motion-detector security, individually lockable cabinets, password protected server rooms, IBM trained staff, and 24/7 monitoring and maintenance. Specifications on each data center may be provided upon request. Pricing varies slightly from data center to data center depending on availability, supply and demand in the region, regional labor cost disparities, etc.
Synergistic's two Data Complex Centers are located:
Waterford, Michigan: This is our original data center at our corporate headquarters near Detroit and has a large staff and parts warehouse within the same complexe data center to facilitate rapid recovery of hardware if a failure occurs. The Waterford complex is also a primary hotsite recovery center for Synergistic.
Lenexa, Kansas: Synergistic has been serving the greater Kansas City area for over 10 years and this data center is an outgrowth of that commitment. This complex includes a warehouse, hotsite recovery center, and data center.
