Synergistic offers 24/7 AS/400 Hotline Support in addition to onsite management which gives our clients a range of support services. Both services give you access to our Technical Engineers to assist you in troubleshooting iSeries® operational problems. Your Onsite Services Package may include:
Operations Security configurations, modifications and additions or deletions of users, OS upgrade coordination and support.
Horsepower Management Synergistic Engineers monitor and analyze systems including CPW batch and interactive utilization, DASD (disk) utilization and forecasting analysis.
Hardware Maintenance - With over a decade of AS/400 hardware maintenance experience, Service Engineers will be on the phone to assist you in resolving problems and emergency management. If your hardware maintenance contract is with Synergistic, then your Service Engineer will first guide you and analyze the problem, then arrive onsite with the required part(s) in hand. If you have IBM, our Business Partner status enables us to efficiently guide you to resolution.
Routine Solutions - PTF's (Program Temporary Fixes), Cum Tapes, and Version Release information, interface analysis and upgrade assistance.
System Surveillance AS/400 (iSeries-i5) platforms are closely monitored in terms of operating software (OS) and hardware for all errors and alerts. This may include an additional email notification to your Synergistic Engineer and yourself. Surveillance may be expanded to some applications to analyze and survey interfacing issues and help prevent a potential disruption or data loss.
Backup Management Let Synergistic bear your "Backup Burdens" and manage your daily, weekly, monthly, and "Sys Save" backups either as part of your Synergistic Disaster Recovery Plan or Hosting plan, or incorporated into your existing plans executed elsewhere.
This may be bundled with your Hardware Maintenance service, or contracted separately.
